Magistrate Brian Nitschke asked to define 'veterinary treatment' in Bernard 'Dr Dolittle' Nadolny case


Paying someone to walk an obese dog, shoeing a horse with a bad hoof or placing a pet that suffers from anxiety in a day care centre could be interpreted as providing "veterinary treatment", a court has heard.

The Veterinary Surgeons Board of SA is alleging Dr Nadolny, who is a qualified chiropractor for both humans and animals, treated pets when he was not qualified to do so.
